Objective

An institute for development of Human excellence would be set up. It will be like a university of Human Values and Character formation and will educate, train and prepare the mentors/facilitators and professionals who in turn will counsel and train the youths and children in their harmonious personality development i.e. physically, vitally, mentally, intellectually, socially and spiritually.

Institute will have four wings:
(i) Training Institute : For training the mentors and facilitators such as Sanskar Guru(s) and other professionals who in turn will counsel & inspire the young generation in their character formation and personality development, communication skills, humanity and spirituality etc.

(ii) Research & Development Unit: To develop and produce value rich programmes and activities.

(iii) Resource centre: To create comprehensive library of sorts.

(iv) Publication Unit : This unit would publish the literature in the form of books, periodicals and electronic media.

(i) Setting up Training Institute
Training Institutes will be set up in different regions to train mentors and facilitators such as Sanskar Guru(s) and other professionals, who in turn will counsel and guide the young generation. The methodology of training programmes will inter alia include Teaching & Learning methods, Experiential Learning methods and other innovative methods specially designed by Sanskaram. It will be a full time training programme and will cover the following:

. Structure of mankind - physical, eternal.
. Person, society & nature and relationship among these.
. Child Psychology and Child Development.
. Human values & quality - Philosophy, concept, context and its effect on human life.
. Process of Sanskar and its application in imbibing of Human values.
. Spirituality and Spritual awakening.
. Yoga, meditation, pranayam etc.
. Conduct and Behaviour and Art of living.
. Communication Skills.
. Personality Development & Character Formation for personal excellence.
. Enhancing grasping power and Developing interest in reading.
. Administration and Management.
. Development of value rich fun activities and programmes for children & youths.
. World religions and its impact on human life.
. Study on spiritual, religious and social subjects
. Knowledge and operation of computer and other modern gadgets.
. Self-defence.
. General knowledge of Sanskrit, Prakrit and other Ancient languages.
. Proficiency in communication in English and regional language.
. History of mankind, traditions, culture and its relationship with nature. The training programme will include discourses and informal    interactions with distinguished personalities renowned for leading value-rich life to inspire and encourage the trainees.

(ii) Setting up Research and Development unit
A Centre for the development, adaptation and production of programmes and material would be set up. 'Sanskaram' would develop and produce value rich innovative programmes such as poems, stories, lullabies, songs and games under the guidance of psychologists, educators, thinkers, philosophers and experts in the fields of art, craft, music, dance-drama, literature, sports, information technology, animation, physical education and spirituality. These value oriented programmes would inspire the young generation to imbibe human values and qualities through entertainment. These programmes would also be made in various modes such as illustrated stories, cartoon strips, skits, dramatized presentations, jingles, music albums, video albums, telefilms, docu-drama films, audio-video presentations, animation films, cartoon films, puppetry, board games, computer games etc. The different programmes would be made for different age groups.

(iii) Setting up Resource Centre
A Resource Centre would also be set up and available material will be collected to equip the resource centre with the following:
. Books (stories, folk tales, songs, poems, lullabies, plays, riddles etc.).
. Value-linked Innovative games, board games & traditional games.
. Collection of prayers & quotations of different religions.
. Puppets of different regions.
. Collection of literature based on various values.
. Translation of value loaded & authentic material available in different languages into other languages.
. Complilation of Animation/Cartoon Films/Video Programmes/Audio Programmes etc.
. Research on human values, qualities, conduct, behaviour and tendencies.

(iv) Publication Unit
Publication unit would publish the literature in the form of books, periodicals and electronic media pertaining to subjects of such as Inculcation of Human Values & Qualities, Spirituality, Philosophy, Art of Living, Personality & Character Development, Self Evolution, Conduct & Behaviour, Science, Religion and Dharm, Yoga, Meditation and Pranayam, Inner and Outer Health and Happiness, Family Environment & Atmosphere, Parenting, Child Development, Inspiring Incidents etc.
