A. ELIGIBILITY
1. The Senior Secondary passed young girls who are dedicated and have an inclination to take up this service as a mission would be selected as Sanskar Guru(s). The Guru would be preferably, an unmarried female, in the age group of 18-21 years.

B. TRAINING
The interested candidates are required to appear for a written test and interview. Those successful candidates who have passed senior secondary (12th) level are required to undergo residential training for one year. However, those successful candidates who have passed N.T.T. or E.C.C.E. level are required to undergo only four month training. Expenses incurred on the training, boarding/lodging will be borne 50% by the candidate and remaining 50% will be borne by Sanskaram Vatika.
The training programme would include process of sanskar, its philosophy and its application, the various dimensions of human values and qualities, and its effect on the conduct and behaviour of the children, Yoga Meditation pranayam and its technique, and method of conducting/ organising programmes and activities at Sanskaram Vatika, the training in play way method, demonstration method, learning by doing method, experimental method, training of games, celebrating the festivals, study of cultural history& scriptures of various religions, organizing tour programmes, etc.. Sanskar Guru(s) would also be trained for the use of modern technologies of communications, computers & internet.
C. APPOINTMENT AND REMUNERATION
On successful completion of training, the trainees are required to do internship (on job training) for another 12 months and will get Rs.4000/- per month (with residence facility on sharing basis with other female Sanskar Guru(s)). During this period, they will reside in Sanskaram Campus and get fully involved with the children of Sanskaram Vatika and training programme however they are free to visit their families once in a month.
On completion of internship, their remuneration will be Rs.1,00,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh) per annum on CTC basis. Annual increment in the remuneration shall be based on their work performance, competence, inflation index and overall performance of the organization.
D. OTHER MAIN TERMS
On completion of one year of service, they are free to marry while continuing in service. However, after marriage, the residential accommodation facility would be withdrawn and they will have to make their own arrangement for residence.
F. WORK PLACE
Presently their work place will be Delhi & NCR Region.
